Bond Counsel

 

Our firm has experience in serving as Bond Counsel for the issuance of bonds and public finance, and has served as Counsel to underwriters in municipal bond transactions.

 

For the last thirty (30) years our firm has been involved extensively in the public financing of projects for school district, municipal and authority clients. Our firm has acted as local counsel to our clients, underwriters counsel for underwriting firms and bond counsel for both our clients and other school districts, municipalities and authorities. John F. Cambest, a Partner at our firm, is currently registered as a Bond Counsel on both the national and local level.
